Project Manager SAP (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Take the Wheel: Own the planning, execution, and successful delivery of critical SAP-related projects across various business areas from start to finish.
Bridge the Gap: Act as the driving force between business units and IT experts, converting complex requirements into high-performing, real-world solutions.
Clear Roadblocks: Anticipate risks, eliminate bottlenecks decisively, and ensure seamless project execution through transparent, impact-driven communication.
Optimize Core Modules: Partner with SAP specialists to actively push the implementation and evolution of solutions within key modules (e.g., Logistics, MM, WM, PP, SD).
Shape the Architecture: Leave your mark on the transformation of our SAP landscape, driving the evolution from ECC to S/4HANA from a process and project perspective.

Your Qualifications:

Proven Track Record: Several years of hands-on project management experience (ideally in IT/SAP) with a history of driving complex projects over the finish line.
SAP Literacy: A solid foundation in ECC and/or S/4HANA—you don’t need to be a deep-dive developer, but you know how to leverage technology to win.
Methodological Agility: Practical experience with project frameworks (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall), using them as real-world tools for delivery, not just theory.
Global Communicator: Fluent in English to confidently align international teams and stakeholders; knowledge of Polish is a strong asset.
Power to Action: An exceptionally proactive mindset, a structured work style, and the natural ability to rally diverse teams behind a shared goal.
