For our Dresden / Wrocław location, we are looking for you to strenghten our team full-time as a 

Project Manager Cyber Security (m/f/d)  

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • In this role, you plan, coordinate, control and monitor all cybersecurity activities within automotive development projects.
  • You ensure full compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 across the entire product lifecycle in close collaboration with development teams.
  • Furthermore, you continuously integrate and improve cybersecurity and project management processes in line with standards such as UNECE R155/R156, ASPICE and PMI.
  • Driving risk management, escalation handling, transparent reporting as well as the design of processes, templates and KPIs is a key part of your responsibility.
  • You confidently interface with customers, OEMs, management and internal stakeholders and support or lead audits, assessments and customer reviews. 

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You hold a degree in engineering, computer science or a comparable field.
  • Furthermore, you have several years of experience in automotive cybersecurity project management and possess in-depth, practical knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434.
  • In addition, you bring hands-on experience with ASPICE and a strong project management background aligned with PMI principles.
  • Your working style is structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented, enabling you to manage complex topics effectively.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, while German skills, certifications (PMI: PMP, CAPM), knowledge of related standards (ISO 26262, IEC 62443, TISAX) and experience with OEMs are considered a strong advantage.
