Production Technology Specialist Electronics (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

You analyze technological advancements and conduct foresight studies to identify competitive production technologies for PCB assembly.
By performing feasibility studies and leading pre-development projects, you drive the integration of new production technologies into series manufacturing.
A key part of your role involves building and continuously managing a global supplier portfolio for the respective production technologies.
In addition, you develop global production standards while optimizing guidelines for manufacturing-oriented product design.
Leveraging digital design and simulation tools, you create innovative manufacturing concepts.
Moreover, you take responsibility for developing production concepts as part of request-for-quote (RFQ) processes.

Your Qualifications:

You hold a degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, production engineering, or industrial engineering.
Proficiency in CAD and simulation software is among your skill set.
Your experience in product development, electronics manufacturing, technology management, and project management provides a strong foundation for your success at JOYNEXT.
With your expertise in designing and implementing production technologies and processes, you contribute valuable insights while expanding your knowledge further.
Your excellent English skills ensure smooth communication within the team and during international business trips on behalf of JOYNEXT.
