For our Wrocław location, we are looking for you to join our team on a full-time basis

IT Service Operator (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will provide individual problem-solving support in client and server environments, including MS Outlook and Teams.
  • As part of the 2nd and 3rd level support, you will handle and resolve tickets related to Email/MS Exchange and Windows Server.
  • You will regularly maintain server systems, including planning, coordination, testing, and implementation.
  • Your responsibilities will also include managing infrastructure components such as UPS, network, and Active Directory.
  • Additionally, you will install and implement customized client solutions, develop concepts to optimize operations, and independently manage internal IT projects.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You have a completed university degree or vocational training with relevant professional experience.
  • A flexible and customer-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
  • You bring solid experience with Microsoft operating systems, MS Office, and M365.
  • You are familiar with Windows server systems and related services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, and MS Exchange.
  • Good English skills complete your profile.
