For our Wrocław location, we are looking for you to join our team on a full-time basis
IT Service Operator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

You will provide individual problem-solving support in client and server environments, including MS Outlook and Teams.
As part of the 2nd and 3rd level support, you will handle and resolve tickets related to Email/MS Exchange and Windows Server.
You will regularly maintain server systems, including planning, coordination, testing, and implementation.
Your responsibilities will also include managing infrastructure components such as UPS, network, and Active Directory.
Additionally, you will install and implement customized client solutions, develop concepts to optimize operations, and independently manage internal IT projects.

Your Qualifications:

You have a completed university degree or vocational training with relevant professional experience.
A flexible and customer-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
You bring solid experience with Microsoft operating systems, MS Office, and M365.
You are familiar with Windows server systems and related services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, and MS Exchange.
Good English skills complete your profile.
