For our location in Wroclaw, Poland, we are looking for a person to strengthen our team full-time
IT License Specialist (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be responsible for systematically recording all company hardware and installed software to ensure a complete and up-to-date inventory of IT assets.
  • By identifying and documenting all available and active software licenses, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance standards and supporting regular reporting.
  • Based on centralized demand planning, you will optimize procurement processes using your knowledge of inventory and usage data of IT hardware components.
  • One of your main responsibilities will be to manage the allocation and revocation of licenses. You will prepare regular reports on inventory and licensing metrics to avoid over- or under-licensing.
  • You will also assist in preparing and supporting license negotiations and identifying opportunities to optimize software usage across departments and locations.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You have at least two years of professional experience in IT or software development, preferably with an emphasis on license management.
  • Experience working with license and IT asset management tools is a plus and helps you effectively manage and optimize inventory in international teams.
  • Your work is analytical, structured and precise, and you make decisions based on data and compliance standards.
  • You are a proactive team player who works independently while contributing to cross-team collaboration.
  • You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
