For our location in Dresden, we are looking for you to strengthen our team on a part-time basis as

Working Student Purchasing / Procurement (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • You will gain diverse insights into international procurement, particularly in the sourcing of indirect goods and services. Among other tasks, you will manage product baskets and create purchase orders in SAP Ariba and SAP ERP.

  • In addition, you will support us in license reporting, FTE and RFI reports, as well as supplier management – ranging from supplier evaluations and database maintenance to SLP data management and contract administration in Ariba.

  • You will have the opportunity to contribute creatively to the further development of our process landscape and the internal use of SAP Ariba catalogs, while working closely with cross-regional teams and coordinating alignments.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and you are enthusiastic about procurement and process optimization.

  • Ideally, you have gained initial ERP knowledge in SAP R/3 and/or SAP Ariba.

  • First practical experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage.

  • Solid MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel, and ideally initial ERP knowledge in SAP R/3 will help you get started at JOYNEXT.

  • Good written and spoken German and English skills are required for internal communication.
