For our location in Dresden, we are looking for you to join our team on a part-time basis as a

Working Student Project Management Office (PMO) (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will support our PMO team in exciting topics related to project management, problem and change management, as well as process optimization.

  • In a dynamic day-to-day business environment, you will take on a variety of tasks and help ensure smooth operations.

  • You will prepare reports and analyses to enable data-driven project management.

  • Using tools such as MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel, you will visualize and structure workflows and data.

  • By supporting the use of MS Project and PWA and contributing to the creation of work instructions, you will play a key role in the success of our team.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in a degree program such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics.

  • Furthermore, you are passionate about project management – initial experience through university modules or internships is a plus.

  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and ideally have gained initial experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.

  • With your strong German and English skills and excellent communication abilities, you collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in an international team environment.

  • You are able to work on-site at our Dresden location.
