We are looking for you to join our team in Dresden part-time as a

Working Student Cybersecurity (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will contribute to the continuous development of JOYNEXT’s HSM tooling (crypto server).
  • Maintaining and supporting the crypto server will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • To strengthen our security posture, you will research and evaluate emerging cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Additionally, you’ll assist in creating and updating technical documentation related to the crypto server.
  • Your work will also include expanding our internal knowledge base in close collaboration with the team.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a technical or IT-related degree program and you have a basic understanding of coding, encryption algorithms, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Ideally, you’ve already gained first experience with public key cryptography standards.
  • Your skill set includes basic knowledge of C++ and Python, as well as the ability to develop on Linux systems.
  • An interest in security-focused development processes such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, or ISO/SAE 21434 is a plus.
  • You enjoy working independently and take initiative when it comes to finding solutions.
