We are looking for you to join our team in Dresden part-time as a
Working Student Cloud (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • As a working student in the Cloud team, you will actively contribute to all phases of developing and maintaining our cloud services – from coding and pipeline definition to testing and monitoring microservices.
  • You will benefit from hands-on mentoring by shadowing experienced developers during project planning and technical discussions, then taking on well-defined tasks under the guidance of a mentor.
  • Throughout your time with us, you’ll deepen your programming skills and get to know new technologies relevant to our cloud projects.
  • You’ll also support the development and maintenance of our CI/CD systems and AWS infrastructure, working with Kubernetes clusters, GitLab, SonarQube, the Prometheus-Grafana stack, and other tools.
  • Together with our development team, you’ll identify and resolve deployment issues and help optimize our toolchain.

 

Your Qualifications: 

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a technical or IT-related degree program.
  • You have initial experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Golang or C++ and are familiar with Linux systems and tools like Shell/Bash, Make, cURL, and Git version control.
  • Additional knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Ideally, you also have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in English or German (or a willingness to learn German) complete your profile.
