Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d)

 

Your task:
 

  • Welcome to Global Quality Management at JOYNEXT, which you will support as the Sustainability Specialist with overall responsibility.
  • As the first point of contact on the topic, you will support all JOYNEXT sites in developing site-specific sustainability initiatives and develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy for JOYNEXT.
  • In particular, you will be responsible for the implementation, control and further development of a sustainability management system in compliance with all binding legal and customer-specific obligations.
  • You will also be involved in the development and ongoing support of a CSRD-compliant ESG reporting system, coordinate internal and external reporting and monitor relevant key figures.
  • The monitoring and evaluation of sustainability initiatives (NQC, Ecovadis etc.) as well as the continuous, holistic observation of the environment with regard to sustainability requirements are also part of your tasks.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  •  You have successfully completed a university degree in natural sciences or engineering, sustainability management, environmental management or business administration. 
  • You have a professional command of the basic standards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as well as knowledge of CSRD and ESRS; EU taxonomy; SAQ; EcoVadis; CDP, etc., which you have demonstrably applied in your career.
  • Good industry and process management experience as well as experience in sustainability reporting, in particular in accordance with standards such as GRI or the German Sustainability Code, UN Sustainable Development Goals, will make it easier for you to join JOYNEXT.
  • Your very good German and English skills will be put to use every day.
  • Your willingness to travel and your class B driving licence, together with the other requirements, make you an ideal candidate.
