For our Dresden location we are looking for you to join our team as a full-time

Senior Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks:

 

  • Welcome to JOYNEXT's purchasing department, which you will support as an experienced buyer. 
  • You will be responsible for monitoring, controlling and supporting all procurement activities in your commodity area and you will coordinate and define the RFQ participants.
  • At JOYNEXT you will be responsible for the execution of RFQs in terms of time and cost and ensure internal regulations and processes.
  • You will regularly monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier meetings and create a supplier strategy for your raw material.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating framework agreements with your suppliers and monitor the progress of ancillary contract negotiations, e.g. quality agreements


Your qualifications:
 

  • A degree in economics, business informatics, or comparable
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
  • You have at least a good understanding of the procurement of external services and are well versed in legal and contractual issues, especially with regard to contracts for work and services
  • You have very good supplier management and negotiation skills and can manage your internal stakeholders effectively
  • Fluent English is a must, German and SAP skills are an advantage
