For our Dresden location, we are looking for you to join our team full-time as a

Sample Management Associate (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will support our Sample Managers by identifying sample requirements both internally and externally, creating and reviewing the Bill of Materials (BOM), coordinating the parts supply through purchasing, creating purchase orders, and overseeing and archiving the documentation of development hardware.
  • Furthermore, you will inventory both external and internal samples and circulate them as needed, while keeping track of their usage and return.
  • Documenting external samples, including managing the current hardware and software status, is part of your role, as well as maintaining an update matrix that you will provide internally.
  • Additionally, you will provide the current "as-is" and "to-be" configurations for our R&D and test teams, publish changes promptly, and work closely with the commissioning and sample construction teams to ensure smooth integration.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or have a technical qualification with at least three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in hardware and software testing, as well as working with test environments.
  • You are familiar with collaborating with automotive manufacturers and have relevant experience in this area.
  • Additionally, you are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • You have a structured, goal-oriented working style and can work independently and meticulously.
