Purchasing Controller (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be responsible for preparing monthly purchasing reports and purchasing KPIs for internal processing.
  • Your tasks will also include analyzing savings in series and software purchasing, as well as evaluating the price deviation list in series purchasing.
  • Among other responsibilities, you will manage the risk report for all purchasing topics and track savings figures from indirect procurement.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for the procurement and provision of data for C-SOX audits and for preparing 5W reports from a purchasing perspective.
  • You will support internal and external audits and ensure accurate pricing maintenance in SAP.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, and have several years of professional experience in purchasing controlling, business controlling, or a similar role – ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Furthermore, you bring sound knowledge in controlling and procurement and have experience in developing and maintaining reporting applications with a focus on continuous improvement, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Initial experience in project or team leadership is also an advantage.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with SAP.
  • In addition, you are fluent in German and have good English skills.
