Program Manager (m/f/d)


 
Your Tasks:

 

  • Welcome to JOYNEXT's Global Program Management team, which currently comprises 7 employees and will be expanding with this new position.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the technical coordination and management of several related projects over the entire product life cycle in the areas of cost, quality and content.
  • As the primary point of contact for all internal and external project-related matters, you will facilitate communication within and between project teams.
  • This involves delegating tasks, motivating team members, and moderating any conflicts that arise.
  • Your responsibilities will also include cost control and updating financial calculations. Additionally, you will coordinate project activities across various locations, utilizing telephone conferences and meetings to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • You will regularly engage with all relevant stakeholders and coordinate all key project milestones, initiate countermeasures if necessary and evaluate risk management to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You hold a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.

  • Your background includes a successful track record in project management within the automotive industry.

  • Fluent in both German and English, you are adept at technical communication in these languages.

  • Additionally, you possess certification in a recognized project management standard, such as PMI, IPMA, or Prince 2.
