For our Dresden location, we are looking for a full-time
Process & IT Specialist HR (m/w/d) 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • As a Process & IT Specialist, you will assume a central role at the interface of HR, IT, and digitalization and are responsible for the stable operation, support, as well as the continuous development of our HR system landscape with a focus on SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, Concur, SuccessFactors, and adjacent applications.
  • Within the framework of our IT and digitalization strategy, you will actively shape the further development of modern HR solutions – particularly in the context of S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and the SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • You will translate functional requirements from HR into viable system, data, and process solutions and accompany their implementation in close cooperation with IT, specialist departments, and external partners.
  • As the project responsible, you will steer HR IT and digitalization projects of various sizes – from planning and coordination of internal and external resources to successful introduction.
  • Through monitoring, error analysis, interface management, authorization concepts, training, and change measures, you will ensure a high-performing, user-oriented, and future-proof HR system environment.
  • In addition to the steering of service providers, system updates, interfaces, and authorizations, you will assume the conception of workshops, training, and change formats for successful user acceptance.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • You have a completed degree in the field of IT, business informatics, HR/personnel management, data analytics, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, you bring equivalent skills and several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in the IT-side support and further development of SAP HR systems is a prerequisite – ideally with sound knowledge in SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, Concur, SuccessFactors, or adjacent HR applications.
  • Practical customizing knowledge, experience with Fiori configuration, as well as a good understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, system integration, and data flows form an important basis for this role.
  • Human resources processes along the end-to-end process "Hire-to-Retire" are familiar to you; likewise, you bring knowledge in IT security, data protection, and the handling of sensitive personnel data.
  • Experience in project management, ideally with independent project responsibility, as well as very good German skills of at least C1 level and good English skills round off your profile.
