Problem and Change Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You’ll become part of our Problem, Change & Requirement Management team – a motivated group of 12 colleagues who are ready to support you with their expertise.

  • In this role, you'll take overall responsibility for managing change and problem-solving processes, carrying out impact analyses, identifying root causes, and performing coverage assessments.

  • You’ll coordinate, document, and steer the entire change process, ensuring proper tracking and preparing evaluations for submission to our quotation or configuration management teams.

  • Additionally, you’ll contribute to proposal planning by supporting cost estimations, assessing time and resource requirements, and evaluating potential risks and investment needs.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You hold a university degree in a technical or business-related field – alternatively, you’ve completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship and gained several years of experience in change or problem management.

  • Hands-on experience in process, change, or problem management will make it easy for you to hit the ground running at JOYNEXT.

  • A solid understanding of Automotive SPICE® is part of your skillset.

  • You’re familiar with SAP and eager to expand your knowledge further.

  • Fluent communication in both German and English is a given for you.
