For our Dresden location, we are looking for you to strengthen our team on a full-time basis
Manager Project Management (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks:
 

  • As a group leader, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of your employees and report to the head of department.
  • You will be actively involved in the planning and creation of (short, medium and long-term) targets and their realization and will be responsible for the budget and cost plan of your group.
  • You create and implement long-term personnel development planning and adapt it in good time to changing market and general conditions.
  • In addition you will lead and support your employees in the implementation of their tasks, primarily through feedback discussions, and ensure the continuous further development of work processes and employee potential in your group.
  • You will delegate tasks to the teams, motivate team members and moderate conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.


 

Your Qualification::

 

 

  • Professional mastery of all project-relevant topics, as well as knowledge in the use of planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Kanban) you could demonstrably apply in projects.
  • You can prove that you have successfully completed a university degree in the field of study ((business) informatics, business administration, electrical engineering).
  • Your strong communication skills combined with an appropriate degree of persuasiveness enable you to lead a team of specialists. 
  • We see your PMI or IPMA certifications as a basis for your further training with us.
  • Your excellent knowledge of German and English will be put to use every day.
  • Good industry and process experience as well as a professional approach to problem and escalation management will make it easier for you to join Joynext 
  • You are willing to travel internationally as part of your project work.
