For our Dresden location, we are looking for a full-time
Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive support and strategic development of our international OEM customer relationships, acting as the central point of contact for commercial and project-related matters while ensuring a trusted and long-term partnership with your customers.
- You will independently develop sales, revenue and customer strategies and identify new business opportunities within your customers’ organizations.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating quotations as well as defining appropriate bidding and negotiation strategies.
- During the quotation phase, you will lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate collaboration with Development, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality and Production departments.
- Through regular customer visits, management meetings and workshops, you will strengthen existing business relationships and establish the foundation for long-term partnerships.
- Another key aspect of your role will be conducting price and contract negotiations and presenting innovative solutions to customers at their sites, trade fairs and international events.
Your Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study.
- In addition, you already possess several years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the automotive industry, ideally working with international OEMs.
- Thanks to your strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills, you are confident in navigating complex customer and project environments.
- Business-fluent English skills are essential for communication with international customers; German language skills are considered an advantage.
- You impress with your professional presence, excellent communication skills and a high level of initiative and customer orientation.
- A very high willingness to travel internationally (> 75%) is required for this position, as supporting our international OEM customer group involves frequent customer visits and regular on-site presence.
