For our location in Dresden, we are looking for you to join our team full-time as a
Controller (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks:

  • You will support our controlling department in all aspects of internal reporting and the preparation of reports in compliance with HGB, IFRS, and PRC-GAAP.
  • Your main responsibilities include preparing plan, actual, and forecast data as well as conducting analyses, variance comparisons, and project profitability calculations.
  • Additionally, you will monitor key figures and performance indicators (KPIs), provide business advice to project managers, and analyze variances collaboratively.
  • Developing a standardized controlling system and optimizing internal budgeting and reporting processes will also be part of your role.
  • You will prepare decision-critical data and presentations for senior management, contribute to monthly and annual financial closings, and oversee budget compliance for individual departments and the organization as a whole.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • A degree in a relevant field with a focus on controlling or finance, along with at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including VBA) and Power BI, as well as experience with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, BW).
  • Expertise in financial accounting under HGB and IFRS, paired with strong analytical skills.
  • A self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented work style with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
