For our location in Dresden, we are looking for you to join our team full-time as a
AQP Engineer (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will conduct and assess quality planning in accordance with VDA RGA / APQP and participate in quality discussions with our customers throughout the Product Development Process (PEP).
  • Your responsibilities will include coordinating measurement and inspection planning with our customers, as well as ensuring quality-compliant series production—from the initial design phase to first sample approval.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring quality requirements for supplier parts and managing their initial sampling according to PPF / PPAP procedures.
  • In collaboration with the project team, you will support the creation of risk analyses and FMEA and contribute to the implementation of corrective and improvement measures.
  • Furthermore, you will oversee customer audits and internal process audits while also being responsible for the creation and maintenance of product- and quality-related documentation.

 

Your Qualifications:

   

  • You have completed technical training as a Master Craftsman or Technician or possess equivalent qualifications.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the quality department of an automotive company and are proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, 8D, APQP, SPC).
  • Knowledge of IMDS, material compliance, and standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 is required, while a QMB certification and familiarity with VDA 6.3 / 6.5 are advantageous.
  • You have a structured and independent approach to work, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Additionally, you possess strong teamwork and communication skills and have fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
