Digitalization Manager – Global Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will develop and implement a digitalization roadmap, integrating emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and automation to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
- You will lead efforts to automate key supply chain functions like procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics tracking while enhancing data flows and system integration to improve operational efficiency.
- Additionally, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP (SAP), WMS, TMS, and AI-driven analytics platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity between digital systems, suppliers, and customer networks.
- Your expertise in big data analytics and predictive modeling will enhance supply chain visibility, resilience, and decision-making through real-time KPI monitoring, dashboards, and digital twins.
- As a key change leader, you will drive digital adoption, develop training programs, and collaborate with leadership to align digital transformation strategies with business objectives.
Your Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- In addition, you should have 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, digital transformation, or IT-driven process improvements.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP (SAP), AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, data analytics, and automation tools is required.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with experience managing supply chain operations across multiple regions.
- Fluency in English is required, while additional languages such as Polish, German, or Chinese are a plus.
