Customer Service Manager – Global Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will develop and implement a global customer service strategy to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing order management, issue resolution, and customer inquiries, you will ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across international markets.
  • Leading and mentoring regional customer service teams, you will provide training, set goals, and support talent acquisition in collaboration with local management.
  • As a key contact for high-value customers, you will analyze feedback, optimize service processes, and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives for customer retention.
  • Driving digital transformation, you will leverage CRM and ERP systems to streamline workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Additionally, you will ensure compliance with global regulations, manage risks, and establish service-level agreements (SLAs) with internal teams and external partners.

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, or a related field, with a master's preferred.
  • With at least five years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or operations, including three years in a leadership role, you bring strong management expertise.
  • You are proficient in CRM and ERP systems like SAP and Salesforce, skilled in data analytics, and experienced in process automation.
  • Your leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication abilities enable you to manage teams across multiple regions effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required, while additional languages such as Polish, German, or Chinese are a plus.
