Architecture and Customs Manager – Global Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- You will design and implement scalable supply chain architectures to support global business objectives, optimizing logistics networks and supplier partnerships for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, you will develop streamlined customs processes, duty optimization strategies, and monitor regulatory changes to mitigate risks.
- Leveraging Free Trade Agreements, duty drawback programs, and automated trade compliance solutions, you will minimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
- You will integrate advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT into supply chain processes while overseeing ERP and trade compliance software implementation.
- Supporting customer RFQ processes, you will analyze logistics costs, lead times, and compliance factors to develop competitive and compliant supply chain solutions.
- Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, finance, and IT teams while managing key supplier and regulatory relationships to ensure an optimized global supply chain.
Your Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, or a related field (a master's is preferred).
- With at least five years of experience in supply chain, global logistics, or trade compliance, you have a strong understanding of international operations.
- You are proficient in supply chain modeling tools, ERP systems like SAP, and trade compliance platforms.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages such as Polish, German, or Chinese are a plus.
